About the Event

In honor of celebrating Diversity and Cultural Awareness, Another Level Training Academy hosted a cultural event for Cinco De Mayo. This event took place at Webster Elementary on Saturday, May 7th. It was sponsored by: Fresno DRIVE, Every Neighborhood Partnership, Central Valley COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, BLACK WELLNESS & PROSPERITY CENTER, Martin Park, the City of Fresno and the African American Coalition !! Big Shout out to the Women of Webster ALTA’s women’s focus group that prepared delicious dishes that allowed the community to experience a taste of their cultural foods. The women of Webster would like to open a business and build healthy spaces for their children to play and equitable education for their families. Thank you, Edison High School Football Team, for partnering with ALTA to serve the community.

This event was free and for all ages. ALTA had many vendors out at Webster, which included food catering- FREE tacos for all, health and wellness, FREE Covid Vaccines, Fresno Police Department, bounce houses for the kids, animal petting, and MUCH MORE.

We also had Edison High School football players and coaches volunteering their day to help make this event run smoothly. Another Level Training Academy would like to thank those who attended, helped out, and sponsored this event, and we hope you enjoyed yourselves!!! We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
